Siamo rimasti solo una notte ma la location eccezionale ci ha permesso di vivere Vieste per qualche ora al meglio. L’host, Fabio, è stato semplicemente superlativo: gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale. La camera molto funzionale pulitissima e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Consigliatissimo.

Posizione eccezionale nel pieno del bellissimo centro storico di Vieste a pochi passi dal mare e dai principali punti di interwsse storico. Camera pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort (noi abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nella suite Uria), letto comodissimo, buona insonorizzazione, minibar con acqua compresa e rimpiazzata ogni giorno, così come le capsule della macchinetta del caffe presente in ogni camera. Colazione degna di nota con diverse opzioni, salato e dolce, soprattutto le torte fatte in casa, davvero buonissime, buono il caffè ed il cappuccino. Ultimo punto che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stato Fabio, l'host super gentile, disponibile e premuroso senza essere mai invadente. Si prende cura dell'ospite con grande discrezione, ma senza far mancare niente. Dal check-in in poi dispende utilissimi consigli su esperieze, ristoranti, bar e località nelle vicinanze (tutti provati e confermati) arricchendo così la già magnifica esperienza del soggiorno. Assolutamente consigliato, da provare e ritornare!

Ho trascorso una notte in questo b&b.
Non riesco a trovare nulla di negativo,anzi.. a partire da Fabio il proprietario..gentilezza infinita.
Camera ultra pulita, accessoriata in ogni dettaglio, persino con caffetteria, bollitore per infusi, dolcetto di benvenuto,2 bottiglie d acqua in frigo.
Cassaforte in armadio ampio e spazioso.
Affaccio in balcone su un grazioso vicolo del centro storico.
La colazione ottima, soprattutto grazie ai dolci fatti in casa dalla mamma del proprietario 😌. Che dire,ci ritornerei volentieri.

Siamo di ritorno da questo b e b....che dire posizione ottima....stanze grandi confortevoli dotate di servizi caffè tisane e quant'altro..soprattutto pulitissime...colazione ottima con prodotti familiari...e poi che dire di Fabio il titolare... un ragazzo gentilissimo e cortese che ti aiuta in tutto dando consigli per qualsiasi esigenza uno abbia!E poi l'umiltà che lo contraddistingue un ragazzo troppo bravo....continua così che di persone come te ce ne sono veramente poche!.Semmai torneremo a Vieste è da te che staremo!Grazie😘

Finalmente riesco a fare questa recensione ad un posto a cui tengo molto!
4 notti, dal 7 all"11 Luglio 2025 io e mio marito.
Tramite le recensioni, alle quali mi affido spesso e sovente, trovo questo B&B in pieno centro storico a Vieste.
Parcheggio 🚗:
appena fuori dal centro, comodo e sicuro in quanto di proprietà di un bel hotel fronte mare, costo giornaliero incluso nel prezzo.....!
Servizi:
hai tutto a portata di mano... :
Bar🍹, ristoranti🍝, pizzerie🍕, gelaterie🍨, negozi di ogni genere👗👚👟🥫🥡🔋🍷, spiagge🏖, ecc, ecc!
Camere:

Super pulizia e tutti i confort.
Bagno nuovissimo e spazioso; doccia 🚿 grande e di nuova generazione, prodotti bagno, asciugamani morbidi e profumati, phon a filo (Imetec) e non a muro che io detesto perché o non ti asciuga i capelli o te li brucia!
Colazione:
Super!
Dolce e salato, tutto buonissimo 😋 con prodotti a km 0 dove gli stessi prodotti del territorio vengono utilizzati ed esaltati dalle sapienti mani della mamma del titolare.
Torte alla ricotta, crostate varie, biscotti 🍪, tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa, da inzuppare in un ottimo cappuccino.
Formaggi e salumi tipici pugliesi.
.....e dopo se vuoi, c'è anche il caffè ☕️!

Bello, bravo, disponibile, sempre pronto per consigli su come organizzare la tua vacanza a Vieste e dintorni tutto questo con una cortesia e una modestia fuori dai tempi e non sempre scontate!
N.B.: le camere sono solo 3, noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera matrimoniale "normale" ma la Suite è strepitosa e particolarmente adatta per soggiorni anche più lunghi del nostro o per chi al posto di una bella camera vuole un monolocale, con tanto di camera da letto, bagno e soggiorno!
Grazie mille Fabio per aver contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e indimenticabile in un posto così unico e magico come è VIESTE!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B a Vieste e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era davvero bella, curata e molto comoda, proprio in centro, perfetta per muoversi a piedi senza bisogno dell’auto. Il proprietario Fabio è stato eccezionale: gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ci ha dato tanti consigli preziosi su dove andare a mangiare e cosa visitare, rendendo la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. Le colazioni erano ottime e sempre abbondanti. Un soggiorno che consiglio assolutamente!
Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Bellissimo B&B situato nel cuore del centro storico di Vieste. Il proprietario, Fabio, è una persona gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile: ci ha fatti sentire a casa e ci ha dato preziosi consigli per vivere al meglio la città. Le camere sono ampie, dotate di ogni comfort e curate con una pulizia impeccabile. La colazione, abbondante e di qualità, viene servita ogni mattina. La posizione è perfetta: dal centro storico si raggiungono facilmente locali, servizi, la spiaggia del Faro e l’ampia spiaggia del Pizzomunno.
Consiglio vivamente questo B&B e, se sarò nuovamente nei paraggi, tornerò sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B ed è stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica! Le camere sono pulitissime, curate nei dettagli e molto accoglienti. Fabio, il proprietario, è una persona qualificata, gentile e sempre attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti: ci si sente davvero coccolati ed a casa. La colazione è semplicemente super, abbondante e ricca di varietà, perfetta per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati 4 notti in questo B&B proprio nel centro di Vieste e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza incredibile. Il B&B è veramente bello, pulito e tenuto con cura. La colazione è stata un vero piacere, con un piccolo buffet dolce e salato e dolci fatti in casa veramente buoni.

Il proprietario, Fabio, è una persona molto gentile e disponibile che ti mette a tuo agio e ti spiega nel dettaglio tutte le attrazioni principali di Vieste e dintorni.

La posizione del B&B è fantastica, nei vicoli caratteristici di Vieste. Siamo stati veramente bene e ritorneremo sicuramente.

The apartment was beyond our expectations. It is in the historic center of Vieste, very easy to find and the secure private parking is 5 minutes from the property. It is located a few minutes walk from the center, so the location is great. The apartment is in a period building but recently renovated inside. Very clean and equipped with all comforts. Fabio, very kind and available to give us all the advice, also gave us oil and taralli. The breakfast kitchen is very spacious. Rich breakfast, delicious croissants, plus every day there was a new and delicious dessert. The bathroom is comfortable and clean. The bedroom is quiet, the mattress comfortable and there is also a choice of different types of pillows. If we come back to Vieste we will come here again. See you soon!

We were pampered from start to finish. Nice reception with the phrase "welcome to your home". Exceptional breakfast, every day a treat (sweets, bottle of oil, etc.) in the room upon arrival from the trips. Perfect cleaning, Impeccable room. I already want to go back.

Exceptional accommodation and cosy, excellent facilities in the center of the city. Corresponds 100% to "la dolce vita". Excellent breakfast with regional specialties, an absolutely nice hostess gave us a warm welcome. You felt immediately accepted and arrived. She was able to answer all of our questions and gave us tips for this stay. It was gorgeous there. Note: For this city it is a requirement that you are good on foot, as Vieste consists mainly of stairs 😀

Fantastic accommodation and highly recommended. Fabio and his mum were the most welcoming hosts and I have a great 2 days there. The breakfast was great and highly recommend the pistachio croissant. The room was spacious and very clean. It is in the middle of Vieste so location was awesome. Having parking was a real bonus.

Everything was perfect in this accommodation and this place is magnificent (old town, landscapes and the region). Some delicate attentions (biscuits, small leaving gift). Only little extras that make you want to come back! In addition, this establishment offered us the best breakfast on our tour.

We stayed at "Uria Rooms & Suite B&B" for only two nights, but two minutes were enough to understand that we had chosen the right structure to discover the beauties of Vieste for the first time! From the moment of booking, Cinzia was kind and helpful and provided us with explanations about the parking, which is free and is about a 10-minute walk from the property. During the journey from the parking lot to the B&B he acted as Cicero, giving us suggestions on places to visit. Furthermore, on the day of departure, he brought forward the breakfast time especially for us. The location of the property is very central and close to the main points of interest. If we return to Vieste, we will definitely come back here!
